Every team member participating in the event—students, coaches and mentors—must also complete and turn in the following at check-in:

It is important that teams arrive early and allow plenty of time to check in and get inspected before the event begins. Getting all information turned in on time and having releases already filled in and signed (see Team Info tab) will help make the check-in process go more quickly and smoothly. Your team must have arrived, checked in & passed inspection by 8:15 am so we can finalize the Qualification Match schedule.

Every team will be provided a 5′ cafeteria table with 6 seats and access to a power outlet. Your team should bring a 6′ or longer extension cord and safety glasses/goggles for every member of your team. For additional information on things to bring, see the Team Event Checklist and Packet.
It is very important teams arrive early. Your team must also pass inspection before they will be allowed to compete.

Your team must have arrived, checked in and passed inspection by 8:15 am.
