Hatch 4th graders created these colorful building models, incorporating at least 3 elements of classical architecture, as part of Architecture Adventure, the Oak Park Education Foundation’s visiting architects program. They were inspired by a field trip with the Chicago Architecture Foundation, and by working with local design professionals Sue Ryba and Barb Rossa. Many thanks to art teacher Molly Burns, Architecture Adventure Coordinator Adrienne McMullen and Assistant Coordinator Lisa Sorensen for leading the project.
