What does it take to pull off a bingo-themed party for 200 people and make sure your guests can win great prizes, enjoy yummy food and drinks, and support a great cause while having fun with friends and neighbors?
The first, most important step is to deploy an amazing, creative, committed group of Oak Park volunteers and ask them to re-invent a fundraiser that helps pay for the free hands-on, minds-on enrichment OPEF provides to every District 97 school.
Welcome to the world of our Bingo Bash volunteer committee!
We are one month away from our new FUNdraising event, and our volunteers have been busy planning menus, ordering boxes of bingo cards and “daubers,” scouting special prizes from local businesses, and managing the myriad details it takes to pull off a seamless event.
This event wouldn’t be possible without the creative thinking and countless hours spent by our talented, tireless volunteers. We are so grateful! When you see any of these moms, please give them a big shout-out for supporting the work that benefits thousands of students and teachers in Oak Park:
Bingo Bash is Friday March 15 at 7:00pm at the 19th Century Club in Oak Park. For information about donating goods or services, please contact Karen Daily at firstname.lastname@example.org. To purchase tickets, please click below.
