The Oak Park Education Foundation is once again hosting its Robotics Workshop for Girls in May. You will work in small teams in our robotics lab to design and build a remote-controlled robot. You’ll then have an opportunity to play an exciting game with your bot. No prior experience is necessary. This is a great opportunity to try out VEX Robotics and see what all the excitement is about!

Coach Jessica Moncatch from our award-winning VEX Robotics program will lead the workshop and provide all the support you need to create your bot. Our goal is to introduce more girls to the fun and excitement of robotics!

Here are the details:

Date: Choose either Tuesday, May 12, or Wednesday, May 13

Time: 3:45 – 5:15 pm

Location:
Percy Julian Middle School
416 S. Ridgeland
Oak Park, IL 60302

Cost: $10 per girl, which includes a workshop t-shirt

The 2015 Workshop for Girls is now sold out. If you’d like VEX Robotics experiences for your daughter who’s in 6th-8th grade in the Fall, we still have spaces available in our VEX Robotics BASE Camp. Learn more here.
