Local high school students learned first hand about philanthropy and made decisions about the distribution of $25,000 in grants to local nonprofits.
Thanks in part to the generosity of the Rotary Club, OPEF will be able to award scholarships to more than 50 D97 kids for summer 2015 BASE Camp.
