Ms. Rajashekar’s Beye third graders are now experts on a variety of Chicago landmarks, thanks to a joint project of Architecture Adventure and Geared Up. Not only did students learn interesting facts about the Willis Tower, Wrigley Field, Smurfit-Stone building and Jewelers Building, they worked with professionals and parents to study their dimensions and reconstruct the buildings to scale using LEGOs!
