EVENT INFO

By 2/10/2019 every team needs to provide the following:

  • Completed Team Information Online Form
  • A photo of your team (for Judging reference as well as inclusion in our PowerPoint Pre-Show in the event arena).

Every team member participating in the event—students, coaches and mentors—must also complete and turn in an OPEF VEX Robotics Photo Release form at check-in.

You can find the Team Inspection List here and the Tower Takeover rules here.

It is important that teams arrive early and allow plenty of time to check in before their judging appointment. Getting all information turned in on time and having releases already filled in and signed (see Team Info tab) will help make the check-in process go more quickly and smoothly. Teams will be scheduled for judging interviews between 7:30-9:00 am. Your team must have arrived, checked in & passed inspection by 8:15 am so we can finalize the Qualification Match schedule

Every team will be provided a 5′ cafeteria table with 6 seats and access to a power outlet. Your team should bring a 6′ or longer extension cord and safety glasses/goggles for every member of your team.

It is very important teams arrive early. Teams will be scheduled for judging interviews between 7:30-9:00 am. Your team must also pass inspection before they will be allowed to compete.

Your team must have arrived, checked in and passed inspection by 8:15 am.

If you have issues in transit the morning of the tournament, you need to immediately contact Michele McAndrews, event coordinator.

We will work with your team in whatever way we can, but we cannot delay the start of the tournament.
