Hatch 4th graders learned about prairie-style architecture and designing with an existing structure (their “tree”). Students used t-squares and triangles to design their own tree houses. The kids were asked to think “out of the box” and imagine something more complex than a platform with walls.
Houses will displayed at Fringe Home Design at 109 N Marion St. in Oak Park until November 21, 2015.
