T-square in hand, students worked to replicate the linear, horizontal look of Prairie Style Architecture in Mr. Schmidt’s art class. Architecture Adventure guest Adrienne McMullen first shared a presentation with the kids, explaining how the style was pioneered by Frank Lloyd Wright, but has since been adopted and adapted by others. Ms. McMullen challenged the young architects to draw only straight lines in their drawings.

Though she did make an exception for the circle representing a door knob.
