How romantic…sheep heart dissection for Valentine’s Day! Mrs. Smith and her Lincoln 5th graders were fascinated by this Science Alliance project led by veterinary scientist Ana Cottington. Plans for future visits include examining protozoa and bacterial (non-pathenogenic) cultures under the microscope and learning about cells.
