We are thrilled to announce that the the Whole Foods in River Forest will be donating 5% of their profits on October 18 to the Oak Park Education Foundation.
All Whole Foods in the Midwest are participating in Community Giving Days, each one choosing a different educational organization. You can learn more about the initiative and the different benefiting organizations here.
We bring architects, artists, scientists, and engineers into the classrooms at all District 97 schools. As an independent nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of donors to make this happen. Community Giving Days is an easy, inexpensive way to help support our programs. Simply visit Whole Foods on October 18, make any purchases you would normally make (or treat yourself to something special) and OPEF will receive 5% of your purchase as a donation.
