At Lincoln School, 3rd graders are learning about architectural styles in the neighborhood around Lincoln, and then designing their own virtual neighborhood using Google SketchUp. Under the direction of local architect Mark Klancic of Klancic Architect, PC, assisted by Gifted/Talented/Differentiated teacher Matt Kuntz, they are creating, modifying and sharing 3D models online.
