Help inspire the next generation of young innovators and engineers by being an adult mentor in our program!
We are seeking individuals with skills in basic engineering design concepts, mechanics, robotics, technology or computer programming. Our mentors advise and teach students in the skills they need to design, build and program a robot from erector-style parts to play the VEX Robotics Challenge game. You do not need to attend every club meeting, but attending at least twice a month is encouraged. This allows you to develop relationships with the students and become familiar with the VEX design, programming language and competition strategy.
We provide all the training you will need to be confident in your role. For more information, contact Mary Beth Hausken.
