Visitors to Oak Park enjoy our mural about the immortal HeLa cells

Thanks to Steve Stokowski for the above panorama of the Henrietta Lacks mural created by our 2012 BASE Campers. Middle schoolers in OPEF’s 2012 BASE Camp designed and created this awesome mural celebrating Henrietta Lacks and her immortal HeLa cells.
